Product Lead – One App Experience

AstroPay is on a mission to become the wallet for digital nomads and global users—a seamless platform to save, spend, and send money across borders using local and global rails. Our app must deliver a unified, intuitive, and delightful user experience that reflects the best of our financial services.

The One App Experience (OAE) team owns this challenge.

We are seeking a Product Lead to drive OAE. You’ll be responsible for making AstroPay a coherent, easytonavigate, and empowering app. Your mission is to ensure every team can leverage our core app surfaces to launch and grow their products, while users enjoy a consistent, intuitive experience

What You’ll Be Doing

As the OAE Product Lead, you will:

1. Define and own the endtoend vision, strategy, and roadmap for crossapp experiences.
3. Scale our app surfaces (Home, Navigation, Banners, Activities, MembergetMember).
5. Ensure that product experiences are equally available by all users (card issuing, localized payments, etc…) the endgoal of Astropay is to facilitate regional payments as local to foreigners
7. Build internal platforms (e.g. Feature Flags, Experimentation, Comms Frameworks) that empower teams to test, learn, and scale fast.
9. Ensure quality, consistency, and usability across the app through design system governance and copycontent standards.
11. Enable better user segmentation and dynamic user data access to fuel personalisation and growth.
13. Work crossfunctionally with Engineering, Product Ops, Data, Marketing, and Design to deliver at pace.

14. What We’re Looking For

    • Experience driving platform or crossapp experiences in a mobile product.
    • Deep user empathy and obsession with intuitive UX.
    • You’ve built or scaled internal systems like experimentation platforms, feature flagging tools, or comms frameworks.
    • Ability to balance longterm UX craft with fastpaced delivery.
    • You are datadriven: You define success, measure rigorously, and iterate.
    • You are a strong crossfunctional leader: You align stakeholders, unblock teams, and ensure consistent quality.
