Job description

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a proactive Freelance Recruiter who can work remotely and enjoy the freedom to manage their own schedule. This role offers an opportunity to engage with a diverse range of candidates and clients while supporting their recruitment needs across various sectors. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial prospecting through to final candidate placement.
  • Utilize social media and other online platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to balance multiple recruitment projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A reliable internet connection and a designated workspace for remote work are essential.
