Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical product, solutions engineering, or implementation role within SaaS or hospitality tech., Strong understanding of APIs, integrations with PMS or payment systems, data privacy, and IT security principles., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments., Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus..

Support technical onboarding and implementation processes for new customers in the EMEA region.
Provide technical expertise during sales calls and assist with complex negotiations.
Act as a technical liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources for the EMEA market.
