    Job Description

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agent Vehicle Security Prevention (m/f/d) to strengthen our European Vehicle Security team at SIXT. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying, preventing, and responding to vehicle-related fraud and security risks. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and collaborate with external partners to protect our fleet and ensure operational integrity across regions.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

     

    • You screen proactively review upcoming reservations flagged as high-risk before vehicle pick-up and take guided actions
    • You identify high-risk rentals based on current fraud patterns, risk scoring and other indicators
    • You detect and escalate overdue rentals with high-risk profiles based on scoring and behavioral indicators. Manage both internal and external fraud or overdue inquiries and initiate necessary follow-up
    • You evaluate security-relevant cases and create case documentation for further processing by the Vehicle Security Specialists (national experts)
    • You review various telematic alerts and assess them based on available information and rental data
    • You investigate disassembly alerts and take appropriate action when vehicle manipulation is suspected

     

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

     

    • Background Customer service experience or fraud experience
    • Analytical Skills You have analytical skills and technical mindset (experience with different fraud systems is a plus)
    • Organizational Skills Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to spot patterns and anomalies
    • Technical Skills Comfortable working with cross-functional data, dashboards and BI tools
    • Decision-Making Skills You have strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under time pressure
    • Language Skills You have Fluent English Skills and/or additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) are an advantage
