Job description

Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking an enthusiastic Freelance Recruiter to join our remote workforce. This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about matching talented candidates with exciting job opportunities. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while undertaking recruitment tasks for various clients. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, all while ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process.


Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including managing candidate communication and feedback.
  • Keep comprehensive records of candidate applications and recruitment stages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for productive work.
