👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating closely with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to design and deliver seamless, high-impact user experiences.
Implementing intuitive and accessible design solutions across a wide range of digital products.
Leveraging AI-powered tools and features to optimize interfaces, user flows, and frontend performance.
Building, testing, and maintaining scalable components and features, ensuring code quality and long-term maintainability.
Identifying and solving complex technical challenges during the product development lifecycle.
Monitoring performance and proactively working on improvements to ensure reliability, speed, and accessibility.

Staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development, including design systems, performance optimization, and AI integration.

🧠 Your Attitude & Background

5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web development
Based in Portugal (remote-friendly within the country)
Proficient in ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS
Experienced with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue (Next.js is a plus)
Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats
Comfortable working from wireframes, mockups, and design systems
Experienced with Figma and translating designs into pixel-perfect code
Proficient with version control tools, especially Git
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced remote environments
Open to experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)
Motivated to stay current with trends in web development, UI/UX, and AI
Portfolio, GitHub, side projects, or open-source contributions are welcome
