About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Wellbeing and Assessment Psychologist to join our Assessment and Advisory Team. In this role, you’ll focus on conducting employee wellbeing checks to help businesses proactively manage employee wellbeing. While these services are usually conducted either virtually or over the telephone, you may at times be requested to deliver these services on location. You will also conduct structured psychological interviews, interpret psychometric assessment results and prepare a variety of assessment reports.

The DaytoDay

  • Wellbeing checks: Conduct regular wellbeing checks for employees either virtually, over the phone or facetoface. You’ll provide brief interventions and actionable recommendations to help individuals improve their wellbeing strategies.

  • Assessments: Review and interpret results from a range of psychometric assessments. Undertake structured psychological interviews for the purpose of identifying potential risks related to psychological hazards across various client organisations. Prepare a range of reports for the purpose of guiding selection and deployment decisions.

    • About You

      To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

      • Registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 3 years of postregistration experience.

      • Experience in undertaking wellbeing assessments.

      • The ability to provide brief, actionable interventions without assuming a therapy role.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, peers, and leadership effectively.

      • Experience in interpreting psychometric assessment tools and preparing brief reports.

      • Highly desirable: Accredited to interpret Hogans assessments (HPI, HDS & MVPS).

      • Highly desirable: Familiarity with a range of assessments (including PAI, NEO, DASS21, PCL5, K10, ProQOL, MPULSE, AUDIT)
