About the Role
Team Global Express is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Altona North. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we maintain our reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent, professional customer support via phone and email
  • Track and manage freight consignments to minimise delivery failures
  • Prepare and process consignment notes, scanning, and proof of delivery documents
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding any service issues or delivery delays
  • Conduct customer training for TGE online platforms
  • Investigate and resolve service exceptions in a timely manner
  • Record and update incidents and resolutions in our internal systems
  • Collaborate with operations and despatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery
