Job Description

As a UX Product Researcher, you’ll partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver high-impact research that directly shapes our products. You’ll work end-to-end — from planning usability studies and interviews, to synthesizing results, and helping drive data-informed decisions.

This is a mid-level position for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in both strategic and operational research, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is eager to grow within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is remote or in the office, but only from Poland.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., usability tests, surveys, interviews).

· Collaborate with product teams to shape research goals aligned with product development priorities.

· Recruit and manage participants from both internal and external user databases.

· Analyze research data to uncover user needs and pain points.

· Communicate insights through concise reports, slide decks, and team presentations.

· Champion the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

· Help evolve research processes and best practices across teams and clusters.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Research Execution

· Solid experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.

· Ability to synthesize findings and surface patterns that drive actionable product decisions.

Collaboration

· Experience working with Product Designers and PMs to integrate research into product strategies.

· Ability to adapt within large, cross-functional product teams.

Communication

· Skilled at translating complex findings into simple, compelling insights for a non-research audience.

· Comfortable creating clear, structured documentation and presentations.

Mindset

· Hands-on and pragmatic — willing to support in participant recruitment, documentation, and testing.

· Growth-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.

---

Nice to Have:

· Educational background in Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.

· Experience working in a fast-paced product environment with logistics, e-commerce, or B2C services.

· Familiarity with tools like Figma, MS Office, and basic research ops tooling.
