Responsibilities

Manage BingX’s Japanese-speaking communities (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, etc.)
Create engaging, trend-driven campaigns to drive user activity and trading volume
Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and trading groups to grow and activate the community
Localize global marketing campaigns for Japanese users
Plan AMAs, meme events, trading contests, and other high-conversion activities
Collect community feedback and improve user sentiment and retention

Requirements

2+ years in crypto community ops (exchange/project/trading group experience preferred)
Native-level Japanese, fluent Chinese (mandatory)
Strong grasp of crypto trends, memes, and Japan’s crypto culture
Familiar with KOL outreach, trading user behavior, and Telegram/X dynamics
Proactive, creative, and results-driven
