This is a remote position.
Monday to Friday as per follows:
Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (FacebookInstagram) and Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube)
Manage fullfunnel strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and retention
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategy based on data insights
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align creative assets with targeting goals
Develop and manage audience targeting, including lookalike, interestbased, and custom audiences
Conduct AB testing across ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and suggestions
Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends
Previous experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding paid media performance KPIs
Proficiency in Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
Excellent time management and communication skills
Experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
Meta and Google Ads certifications
Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, etc.)
Ability to recommend new strategies or channels based on client goals
