This is a remote position.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Sales Strategist.

Job Summary:

Pharmavise is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Sales Strategist to drive the company’s growth across the life sciences and government sectors. This role will focus on developing and executing business development strategies, expanding Pharmavises client base, and enhancing our marketing efforts to support our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client acquisition, appointment setting, and using marketing strategies to increase conversions and bookings. As part of our team, you will be integral in positioning Pharmavise as a leader in the life sciences consulting industry.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across biotech, pharma, med device, healthcare, and government consulting sectors.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decisionmakers, hiring managers, procurement leads, and partner firms to drive subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
Coordinate and conduct introductory meetings, discovery calls, and presentations with potential clients.
Assist in preparing tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for new business opportunities.
Recommend and implement gotomarket strategies based on recruitment demands, client trends, and service gaps.
Proven experience in driving sales and client acquisition with measurable success, including increasing bookings and conversions.
Set up and manage appointments using CRM tools (Zoho, Octopus CRM), ensuring timely followups and targeted outreach.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate highquality leads through various digital platforms.
Lead and execute appointment setting and lead nurturing campaigns using LinkedIn Outreach (including LinkedIn video, text, and InMail).
Create engaging marketing content such as blogs, newsletters, white papers, and case studies using social media, Canva, and other tools, aimed at increasing conversions and customer engagement.
Improve website SEO to enhance search engine rankings and traffic, ensuring the content is aligned with business goals.
Set up and manage virtual marketing events, including Webex meetings and podcasts, to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
Work with the core team to continuously optimize campaigns and track KPIs for measurable growth.

CRM & Automation:
Utilize CRM systems (Zoho, Octopus CRM, Zapier) to automate processes, track leads, and streamline business development efforts.
Ensure all interactions with prospects and clients are accurately documented and monitor the status of opportunities and accounts in the CRM.
Develop case studies and success stories using tools like Canva to showcase our value and post on the company website and LinkedIn.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, and client acquisition, preferably in consulting, staffing, or life sciences.
With Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of increasing conversions, bookings, and sales through effective marketing strategies and business development tactics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach (video, InMail, etc.), SEO, and content creation (white papers, blogs, case studies).
Prior experience working with U.S.based clients within the U.S. consulting market.
Handson experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and automation tools (Octopus CRM, Zapier).
Knowledge of life sciences terminology, GxP regulations, and regulatoryclinical consulting services preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
Selfdriven, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, remote environment.
