Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to help steer the internal systems and tools that have direct impact over the company’s revenue and pricing strategies. The Product Manager will work with various crossfunctional stakeholders to manage the development roadmap for at least one of these internal applications with guidance from Senior Leadership to ensure that the right priorities are set.

The Product Manager will work very closely with Senior Leadership with the following functions and responsibilities:

Product Management

• Compose, champion, and drive the strategy, roadmap for company’s internal tools and pricing strategy systems
• Drive product strategy and innovation with crossfunctional stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and unified strategy across the company
• Create business cases and requirements for a unique product or set of systems, functions, and features in Digital Room’s suite of software and systems
• Develop mastery of company’s business logic, pricing strategies, and the related internal tools

• · Lead our product team to deliver exceptional internal customer experiences across our facilities and operational teams

  • Work closely with the development team, translate business requirements to technical requirements, and provide clarity on direction and purpose of product development initiatives

  • Product Support and Analytics

    • Provides daytoday support for their product’s users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
    • Provide insights on product strategy, industry trends, etc. to the Senior Leadership Team
    • Assess the quality and effectiveness of our strategies, systems, and tools through performance metrics (technical performance, sales, traffic, and product usage).
    • Define, implement, monitor, and improve performance KPIs

    • Requirements

      • Education: 4year degree or equivalent work experience
      • Possess a solid understanding of web development and ecommerce environments
      • Ability to manage resources and processes across multiple locations and time zones
      • Experience working with engineering and creative staff in a fastpaced environment
      • Agile experience a big plus
      • Project Management Experience of complex projects and multiteam stakeholders is a big plus
      • Experience JIRA, Asana or other productivity tools is a big plus
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and working with technical and nontechnical teams
      • Organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize, and focus are paramount
      • Experience working for USbased companies is a plus

      • Working Conditions:

        • Working hours are 2 PM to 11 PM Pacific time
        • Remote work, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working setup in the future at the company’s discretion; offices are located in Mandaluyong City and Clark, Pampanga
