2.0 DESCRIPTION
  • Conduct guided technical screenings for candidates as part of their interview process.
  • Confirm candidates meet basic system requirements, including internet speed, headset functionality, and computer compatibility.
  • Validate access to required tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, email, CRM).
  • Support candidates in performing simple computer tasks like opening attachments, downloading files, and installing software.
  • Provide real-time guidance and maintain a supportive, professional demeanor.
  • Accurately log all screening outcomes and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and onboarding teams to support interpreter readiness.
  • Take inbound customer service or support calls as needed.
  • Support Testing Team admin, to include maintaining assessment bank, data entry for daily testing activities, and other tasks as needed.
3.0 REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Entry-level role – prior tech support experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of using laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi connectivity, and simple troubleshooting.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
  • Comfortable assisting individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
4.0 DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, MS Teams, VPNs, or CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment.
