Job description

Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships. A key requirement for this role is demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & CRM:

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including email nurturing sequences, landing pages, forms, and automation rules. 
  • Segment databases and personalize content for targeted campaigns. 
  • Monitor campaign performance within Pardot and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between Pardot and Salesforce CRM. 
  • Assist with maintaining data integrity within Salesforce CRM related to marketing activities. 

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the commercial floor care sector. 
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates) to provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations on marketing performance for management. 

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, website, print). 
  • Assist in defining campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. 

Content Creation & Management:

  • Assist in developing and curating engaging marketing content, including email newsletters, website copy, blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and sales collateral. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. 
  • Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets. 

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and scheduling content for our company's social media platforms. 
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement. 

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and managing invoices. 
  • Assist with budget tracking for marketing initiatives. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is required, including experience with email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automation rules. 
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role within a B2B environment. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude. 
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with the commercial floor care industry is a plus.
