Description

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and book customer orders in Zoho Inventory

• Schedule shipments and ensure order accuracy

• Keep customer and order data up to date in Zoho CRM

• Support internal teams with backend order-related tasks

• Use Zoho Desk for visibility into customer requests

• Ensure clean, organized documentation of all activity

Requirements

 3+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, or logistics

• Experience with Zoho or other cloud-based business platforms

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

• Self-driven and able to manage a consistent daily workload

Schedule: 10:30 PM – 8:30 AM PHT

Job Type: Fulltime

NOTE: Applicants must be willing to work onsite for the first 30 days at JY Square, Cebu City. After the initial 30-day onsite period, the position will transition to a work-from-home setup.
