Weekly Funding Report
Funding Report
Monthly Reports
Monthly liquidity statements/liquidity summary.
Monitor liquidity compliance.
Multifamily replacement reserves analysis.
Multifamily monthly market comparison report.
Multifamily updates and economic occupancy report.
Quarterly/Year-end Loan Compliance Reporting
Create reports for our major lending or banking partners.
Quarterly Ground Lease Reporting
Monitor the reporting compliance of ground lessee/s.
Perform financial reporting variance analysis.
Yardi Reports
Prepare and generate reports requested by Asset Managers, Property Managers, etc. such as rent roll, income statement, budget, tenancy schedule, etc.
Loan Financing/Refinancing
Prepare underwriting for loan request and property’s executive summary.
Due diligence requirements.
Closing (title and closing documents).
Update and review LoanBoss.
Yearly Budget
AMs and PMs Yardi Training.
Review of Budgets.
Budget preparation for MF, GL, Office Suites.
1031 Exchange
Identification of replacement and/or relinquished properties.
Calculation of estimated deferred tax gain/loss.
Calculation of property tax basis.
Acquisitions/Dispositions
Due diligence requirements.
Closing (title and closing documents).
Exchange set-up (either reverse or forward exchange) with First American Exchange Company.
Review of closing statements.
Summary of Acquisitions, Dispositions, Financing and 1031 Exchanges
Update and maintain the summary of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and 1031 exchanges.
Update and maintain the sold properties’ IRR calculation.
Property Tax Basis
Update and maintain the property tax basis on a quarterly basis.
LoanBoss
Maintain and review accuracy of loan information in LoanBoss.
Special Reports
Draw request from Line of Credit facilities.
Update of Company presentation materials.
Transaction gain/loss calculation.
Other reports requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university.
A bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and/or accounting a plus.
MBA degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
Experience with top consulting firms (Accenture, McKinsey, Bain & Company, Deloitte, KPMG and Boston Consulting Group) or top financial institutions.
Comfort and proficiency in underwriting and analyzing real estate opportunities.
Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills.
Strong desire to succeed and ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, while functioning in a team environment.
Ability to generate high quality, error-free work product for internal and external distribution on tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
