Job description

Rockstar is recruiting. We are an innovative HR technology company that blends human expertise with GenAI to deliver high-quality, flexible, and efficient recruiting support for smaller employers. Rockstar enables organizations with fewer than 50 employees to find better talent for less than $2K per role (~2–3% of first-year salary). We are growing rapidly and seeking talented individuals to help build a new infrastructure for employment.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. As a Talent Campaign Manager, the selected candidate will own and oversee recruiting campaigns—each campaign being a cluster of job requisitions. The Talent Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each campaign maintains a healthy pipeline of qualified and interested candidates who can move forward to the phone screen or client introduction stage.

Where AI is not yet able to automate, the Talent Campaign Manager will be supported by a Talent Operations team member who can take on manual, day-to-day deliverables—such as candidate communication and coordination—allowing the focus to remain on campaign performance and pipeline health. The Talent Campaign Manager will also work closely with an Account Lead, who serves as the main point of contact for the client.

What you will do

- Manage the day-to-day execution of recruiting campaigns, using sourcing tools and available analytics to monitor pipeline health and track source performance.

- Proactively identify and address any gaps in sourcing or top-of-funnel coverage.

- Ensure a steady flow of qualified and interested candidates who are ready to move into phone screens or client introductions.

- Set up and optimize LinkedIn searches to identify high-quality outbound leads; select 5 “ideal” candidates per role for calibration.

- Launch and monitor outbound email campaigns to attract candidates and keep them running smoothly throughout each campaign.

- Pre-decline unqualified candidates before screening to preserve reviewer time and improve the quality of the funnel.

- Collaborate with a Talent Operations team member to ensure candidate communications and other deliverables are executed efficiently.

- Work with GenAI tools to scale sourcing, screening, and communication—stepping in manually where needed.

- Partner directly with the Account Lead to align on client expectations, feedback, and campaign priorities.

- Provide structured feedback to improve tooling, workflows, and the overall client and candidate experience.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campaign/project management, or talent operations.

- Experience working with small teams in the U.S. (strongly preferred), U.K., Canada, or Australia.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns or job requisitions at once.

- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on top-of-funnel health and source effectiveness.

- Comfortable working with AI-driven tools and experimenting with new workflows.

- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

- Self-managed, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
