Job description

Salary: P300 - P350

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (Monday-Friday)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years·of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role
  • Familiarity with construction or contractor environments a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and common admin tools (e.g., Calendly, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and Google Business tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What will you do?

Email Management

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails professionally and promptly
  • Prioritize messages that require action and flag urgent items
  • Draft and send emails on behalf of the contractor when needed

Calendar Management

  • Maintain and coordinate a busy calendar of job site visits, client meetings, and personal commitments
  • Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and alert the contractor to upcoming tasks
  • Send reminders, block travel time, and prepare daily agendas

Marketing Support

  • Post project updates, before/after photos, and service highlights on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Respond to comments or messages from potential customers
  • Keep the Google Business Profile updated with current information, photos, and business hours
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews when appropriate

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain digital filing systems for project documents, receipts, and client communications
  • Keep project timelines organized and updated
  • Perform occasional personal assistant tasks such as ordering supplies or making appointments
