Role  

The selected candidate(s) will go through 3-6 months of onboarding and training, then will serve as City Manager to remotely manage day to day operations of the business on 1 or more locations (e.g. Melbourne, San Francisco). This will be focused on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc management responsibilities.  

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or similar field, managing a branch, outlet or department  
  • Experience on both driving sales/profit + delighting customers 
  • Experience managing 3+ people 
  • Experience being accountable for achieving sales/profits targets AND delighting customers 
  • Experience working overseas 

 

  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Passion for customer service 
  • Friendly positive attitude and team player 
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma 

 

  • Franchise development/support experience a PLUS  
  • Interest or knowledge of football is a PLUS 

 

Other Details  

Position will be virtual (e.g., based in Philippines) with occasional travel to Singapore.
