Location: Philippines (Remote)

Job Type: Contractor, Part-Time (20 hours/week to start)

Pay: PHP 350-800

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, persuasive, and highly organized Influencer Marketing Assistant / Partnership Manager to join our global team. Based in the Philippines, you’ll help us grow our Influencer Hub, connect with rising creators on TikTok and Instagram, and run dynamic campaigns that bridge music and social media.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in influencer outreach, digital marketing, sales, or business development, and a genuine passion for the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Outreach - Identify and reach out to potential TikTok and IG influencers for partnerships and onboarding.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Building - Lead creator negotiations and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Campaign Execution - Support and manage influencer campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead Generation - Develop and manage a pipeline of potential influencer leads.
  • Creative Collaboration - Coordinate with design and content teams to craft compelling briefs and creative assets.
  • Hub Development - Help establish tools, systems, and workflows to scale our Influencer Hub.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok and Instagram influencer ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in lead generation or business development
  • Creative mindset with a commercial edge
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
