Position Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be the financial backbone behind our multi-location operations. You’ll work closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee reconciliations, and deliver financial clarity that drives smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze accrual-based financial statements
Perform complex bank and account reconciliations
Manage payroll journal entries and accurate departmental allocations
Break down and interpret complex financial data (e.g., payroll trends, margin analysis)
Track and report cost accounting metrics, including COGS and OPEX
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and ServiceTitan to manage financial infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams across multiple business units
Identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure clean month-end close processes
