About the Role

As a Planogram Specialist, you will create detailed visual merchandising layouts that bring our client's "Architects of Fun" vision to life. Using planogram software, you’ll design visually engaging and revenue-maximizing prize displays tailored to entertainment venues across North America. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in visual merchandising, retail planning, or category layouts, especially those familiar with planogramming or product display design.

Work schedule: CST hours

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

Core Responsibilities

  • Create detailed planograms and merchandising plans for prize/toy displays using specialized software

  • Design layouts that optimize space utilization, visual appeal, and prize accessibility

  • Continuously research and develop new merchandising techniques and display methods

  • Maintain accurate records of planogram specifications and customer preferences

Technical Duties

  • Research and development of new merchandising techniques, methods, and display concepts

  • Maintain planogram templates and standardized layouts for different venue types

Collaboration & Communication

  • Participate in training sessions (scheduled to accommodate time zone differences)

  • Provide regular updates on project status and completion timelines

  • Document best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
