Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms and methods
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Establish best practices in talent acquisition and team cohesion
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological development
Requirements
- Willingness to learn with strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards
- Access to your own computer/laptop and internet access
- Experience in conducting high volume of interviews in English would be an advantage
