Responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates using various platforms and methods
  • Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Establish best practices in talent acquisition and team cohesion
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological development

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards
  • Access to your own computer/laptop and internet access
  • Experience in conducting high volume of interviews in English would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - if you enjoy interacting with people this is the role for you!
