Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard an IB Sales Manager to join their team.

  • Position: IB Sales Manager
  • Work model: Remote China, Taiwan, East Asia, Malaysia
  • Employment type: Fulltime, Service Agreement for Remote, Employment Agreement if based in Malaysia.
  • Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and longterm engagement.
      • Promote the company’s products and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
      • Conduct market research and share relevant insights to support client decisionmaking.
      • Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and product usage.
      • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
      • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales objectives and business growth targets.
      • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and followups.
      • Represent the company’s offerings to partners, affiliates, and prospective clients.
      • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and partner network.
      • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
        • REQUIREMENTS:

          • Must have FX industry experience in an IB Sales Manager or Business Development role
          • Must be able to bring their own IB network, particularly within Southeast Asia East Asia
          • They need to have excellent USP (unique selling proposition) skills.
          • Fluent Mandarin is a must; good English (B2) is acceptable
