Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Effectively communicate our services and value proposition to spark interest and engagement.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to discuss marketing strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, managing leads within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from lead to appointment.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
  • Gather feedback on outreach efforts and suggest refinements to improve effectiveness.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to potential clients, reinforcing our brand's reputation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style.
  • Ability to articulate marketing concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing appointment schedules.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and other digital communication tools.

Benefits

1. Appointment Setter (VoIP Sales Development Rep - SDR)

Base Salary (Hourly or Monthly):

• $2/hour (entry to mid-level)

• 300$ base (depending on experience and volume expectations)

Commission/Bonus Structure:

• 10–15per qualified appointment (depending on deal size and target quality)

• + Tier Bonuses:

• 20+ qualified appts/month: Extra $125

• 30+ appts/month: Extra $250

• 40+ appts/month: Extra $500+

KPIs:

• 3–5 qualified appointments per day

• 70%+ show rate

• 20%+ conversion to demo/close
