5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting., Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules such as Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce, and Benefits., Hands-on experience with Fusion cloud Payroll, Integrations, HDL, and HCM extracts., Ability to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects and deliver complex business solutions..
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and rollout projects.
Oversee the overall solution design from a functional Human Capital Management perspective.
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
