Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and rollout projects.

Oversee the overall solution design from a functional Human Capital Management perspective.

Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Perform in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
· This role is for Onsite (Trinidad and Tobago) Initially it will be WFO, but later candidate needs to go for Onside Location. So please share the Candidate who interested in onsite Opportunities.
Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementationrollout projects.
To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects.
Good Business Knowledge on Oracle CloudFusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits).
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.
Handson experience in Fusion cloud Payroll module, Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts. ,
