Role: IT Administrator
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: Bangalore, WFO
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Education: Any graduate

KEY DELIVERABLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
2. Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company
objectives.
3. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
4. Creating user accounts and performing access control.
5. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
6. Designing and implementing efficient enduser feedback and error reporting
systems.
7. Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT
support.
8. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
 Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, or similar.
 At least one or two years of experience in a similar role.
 Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
 Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
 Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
 Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Preferred to have knowledge of Fortinet Firewall.

REQUISITE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
 Education QualificationBackground: BE in ITBCA CS
 Preferred Industry (or specific exposure): Any
 Relevant Work Experience (years): 1 to 2 Years of experience as an IT Admin
