THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Team Leader, you will play an important part in supporting your team to achieve performance outcomes, foster a strong and supportive culture, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals who are ready to further grow their experience as a leader in a new or similar field.

While this opportunity is not immediately available, this expression of interest allows you to showcase your talent early, highlighting your leadership strengths and position yourself to be considered for future vacancies as they arise. This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once training has been completed.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • As part of the wider Leadership Group, contribute to the strategic vision of the business and its goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by staying informed of industry developments and building strong relationships to support our customers.
  • Identify and assess both individual and organisational development needs while leveraging available resources to deliver effective growth opportunities programs for your team.
  • Provide both positive and constructive feedback regularly to support delivery of performance whilst driving individual growth and team effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a strong team culture centred on accountability that celebrates individual and team success.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to have candid conversations that empower individuals to perform at their best, driving personal growth and team outcomes.
  • Brings a creative mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement even within regulated environments to deliver great results for customers.
  • Although direct workers compensation experience is not mandatory, able to convey an understanding of the industry and associated legislation and practices.
