• Prepare and lodge individual, business, and trust tax returns in compliance with ATO regulations. • Maintain accurate and uptodate bookkeeping records using accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks). • Manage and reconcile family trust accounts, including distributions, resolutions, and trust deeds. • Handle BAS (Business Activity Statement) and IAS (Instalment Activity Statement) preparation and lodgment. • Prepare and manage superannuation fund records, contributions, and yearend documentation (especially SMSFs). • Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, accounting standards, and deadlines. • Liaise with clients, auditors, and the ATO regarding tax matters and correspondence. • Assist with yearend financial reporting and other general accounting tasks.
