This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Adelaide, SA
  • Opportunity to earn commissions for meeting targets

      Job Description

      This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced appointment setter to work with warm, qualified leads in the thriving Adelaide property investment market. You’ll be connecting with prospects who have already expressed interest in property investment opportunities, making this a highly conversionfocused role rather than cold calling. The position offers flexible scheduling across morning, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate prospect preferences, with the potential for commission earnings after your initial threemonth period. You’ll be working with a stable, longterm client that values quality relationships and has a proven track record of success in the Australian property market.

      Responsibilities
      • Make outbound phone calls to qualified, warm leads provided by the client
      • Set appointments with interested prospects for property investment consultations
      • Follow up on missed calls and voicemails ideally within 2448 hour timeframes to maximize conversion
      • Circle back to previous leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
      • Maintain accurate records in live spreadsheets and Zoho CRM system
      • Send text messages to prospects when appropriate using integrated software
      • Collaborate on script development or work with provided scripts as preferred

        • Requirements
          • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting
          • Excellent English communication skills suitable for the Australian market
          • Strong familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices
          • Ability to work Adelaide, Australia time zone with flexible scheduling requirements
          • Experience with phone dialer systems and CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience preferred)
          • Comfortable working split schedules across morning, evening, and weekend hours
          • Ability to adapt between scripted and freeflow conversation approaches
          • Selfmotivated with strong followup skills and attention to detail
          • Experience working with warm leads and appointment conversion optimization
