Responsibilities:
- Understanding business, Products & Services
- Knowledge of Law & Regulation relating to the Company
- Managing Contract Management Program
- Managing Privacy Management Program
- Managing Board & Shareholder Meeting
- Managing Legal Risk to the Company
- SLA of Contract review
- Efficiency of PDPA Compliance
- Efficiency of Regulatory Compliance
- Know who is who in organization to collaborate
- Have detial oriented and business aumen to see pain point, issue and suggest/implement to solve them
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Legal role.
- Strong time management and project/case management skill
- Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills
- Good command of English
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters
- Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem solving skills
