Integration Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Integration Engineer to join our growing team. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of our software with clients existing systems and applications. You will work closely with both our internal development teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.

Job Responsibilities

Implementation:

• Implement and configure integrations with low code integration platform based on internal and external API specifications

  Data Mapping & Transformation:

  • Work on data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes.

  • 
    

    Troubleshooting & Support:

    • Provide support for deployed integrations, identifying and resolving technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity for customers.

    • 
      

      Documentation & Process Improvement:

      • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
      • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve integration processes.

      • 
        

        Collaboration:

        • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive integration process.
        • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.

          Job Requirements
          

          • Experience with iPaaS software such as Axway, Mulesoft
          • Experience with data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flows between systems, leveraging API endpoints, EDI standards, data connectors, and ETL processes.
          • Expertise in integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
          • Proficiency with ERP systems, data models, APIs, and business processes.
          • Proficiency in Python
          • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases is a plus.
          • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
          • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
          • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
          • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms.
