About the Role

As a Community Management Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to engage and empower our agent network through areabased WhatsApp Groups (WAG). Each intern will take ownership of one area’s WAG and help make it an active, supportive, and insightful space.

Job Description

  • Set up and manage a WhatsApp Group for your assigned area
  • Engage actively with members in the group chat
  • Brainstorm and execute content strategies tailored for the community
  • Work with the team to run offline meetups and events
  • Collaborate with different business units at Amartha to make sure the community adds value across the board
