Location: Flexible (Bucharest). This role offers the flexibility to work from home, within proximity to an office location.

Maintaining and analyzing financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting with auditing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, help with tax filings, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

What You Will Do

Maintaining Financial Records:

This includes tasks like managing general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries for assigned subsidiaries.

Maintaining the Asset register for assigned subsidiaries within the group.

Assisting with Audits:

Helping prepare documentation and support the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Tax Preparation and Compliance:

Help prepare and review VAT returns, local statutory reporting ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.

Reconciling Accounts:

Ensure that financial records match, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
