This role is with a forwardthinking company in the pet care industry that is redefining how healthy pet food reaches global consumers. Focused on making pet wellness mainstream, they leverage innovative marketing, datadriven decisionmaking, and a modern brand strategy to drive growth across multiple markets. They are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creative execution of their videofirst campaigns across performance and social channels.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Create compelling performance marketing and paid social video assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  

• Develop and execute storyboards that communicate brand benefits and drive conversions in core global markets
  

• Edit and colorgrade video and audio materials to produce polished and professional content
  

• Integrate animations, motion graphics, sound, and text to optimize video performance; manage voiceover and music selection
  

• Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all video assets
  

• Monitor video content trends, tools, and creative technologies (including AI), applying learnings to enhance workflow and creative output
  

• Apply storytelling techniques that emotionally engage audiences with AlphaPet brands
  

• Support platformspecific strategies and innovations to increase engagement and brand loyalty
  

• Assist with integrating creative AI technologies to streamline production processes
  

• Requirements:

  • Degree in Cinematography, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience
    

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor
    

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut
    

  • Experience with additional tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya is a strong plus
    

  • Track record in digital brand communication across multiple platforms
    

  • Strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and project workflows
    

  • Portfolio of recent motion graphicvideo work is required
