LastPass is looking for a Senior Kubernetes Developer:

As a Senior Kubernetes Developer, you will have a strong focus on Kubernetes operations to design, build, and maintain cloudnative infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and following GitOps principlestools. You will orchestrate scalable containerized applications, streamline cluster operations while ensure high availability through automated deployments and observability over our infrastructure.

You will be part of a dedicated team within the vibrant and fastpaced environment of LastPass, where your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future infrastructure, enabling seamless application delivery and driving DevOps best practices across the organization. Leveraging your technical expertise, youll be instrumental in generating innovative ideas and offering guidance to both your team and other engineering groups, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will be collaborating closely with our architecture and security teams to help guarantee that our services remain secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters across all our environments;

Thrive standardization and automation efforts of the build and deployment processes;

Monitor system health and performance of our infrastructure;

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;

Collaborate with product development teams to streamline application delivery and driving DevOps best practices;

Leadsupport the migration of noncloud native applications to the new infrastructure, including assessing the readiness and implementing best practices for scalability and maintainability;

Enhance security and compliance posture of our infrastructure;

Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack (networking, deployments, storage, etc);

Participate on oncall rotations and contribute to incident response and root cause analysis.
