About the role
As a Working Student in Digital Marketing, you’ll support marketing automation and CRM management using HubSpot across our European markets. You’ll also gain handson experience in paid digital media, optimizing lead generation campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You’ll work directly with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with campaign managers and our sales operations team.

Your Key Tasks:
Marketing automation & CRM (Primary Focus)
  • Organize CRM data and assist with data management
  • Generate performance reports in HubSpot to deliver insights on marketing and sales funnels
  • Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance to inform strategy
  • Optimize HubSpot workflows to support lifecycle and campaign goals
  • Explore HubSpot features and best practices to drive platform enhancements
    • Paid Media (Performance marketing)
      • Suggest campaign optimizations using platform data
      • Set up AB testing for ad creatives and audiences
      • Identify and plan ad placements with relevant industry publishers
