We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to work on a contract basis remotely in Europe. The individual needs to be a strong talent advisor with the demonstrated ability to understand Talent Acquisition requirements and turn that analysis into actionable solutions. A fundamental understanding of business strategy and how to link that with recruiting efforts. This role requires the candidate to be both strategic and tactical. The breadth of functional coverage for this role at the onset will include but not be limited to: Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Program Management.
Essential Functions of the Job:
End-to-end management of the recruiting process.
In partnership with the recruiting team, HRBPs, and hiring managers, develop job descriptions, post requisitions, source candidates, and drives the recruiting process for teams that they support.
Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedules interviews with hiring managers for key positions.
Recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Consistently drives adoption of established best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding practices across the organization to facilitate talent acquisition productivity and predictable quality.
Develops creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external search firms, etc.
Assesses internal and external recruiting resources and recommends solutions that will best meet the recruiting demands of the organization.
Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures in the pre-screening and post-employment process.
Maintains current pharmaceutical industry knowledge in business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends and requirements.
Identifies and shares recruitment best-practices across the organization.
Initiates and maintains a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates and increase applicant pool for hiring needs.
Ensures end-user education and training (hiring managers) within the business.
Partners with TA Coordinators and HR Operations to follow and drive best practices for offers and onboarding.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions.
Previous experience supporting Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Program Management is a plus.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
Fluency in English plus French and /or Italian required. Any additional languages would be a plus
Ability to gain credibility, engender trust, and influence across all levels of the organization.
Strong partnering skills, ability to influence and advise clients on best practices.
Ability to follow assignments through to completion with an emphasis towards action and execution.
Extensive experience leading end to end recruitment activities.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, marketing plans, policies, and programs.
Experience using Workday experience is a plus.
Experience working in a global environment and ability to meet the needs and meeting requirements of a global organization.
