About the role:

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support Re:links operational team in delivering and continuously improving global Re:link financial, operational, and technology processes to provide exceptional client service.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manages scheduling of clientconsultant interviews and catchup calls.
  • Prepares client information packs for consultants.
  • Reviews and triages all client and consultant queries sent to the Re:link inbox, ensuring rapid action or escalation, and uninterrupted service levels for both clients and consultants.
  • Supports client assignments by managing conflict checks, overseeing the signature and filing of contracts for legal and audit compliance, preparing templates, and handling communications regarding the start and end of assignments.
  • Schedules and arranges calls between consultants and sponsoring partners to maximise the sharing of client intel from consultants on assignment, benefiting client relationships.
  • Informs Re:link Finance about consultant extensions and updates records for accurate billing.
  • Supports the implementation of operational projects and initiatives, including the transition to new systems.
  • Assists in Re:link business development activities and events, including event planning, communication with consultants and clients, and maintaining client relationship management lists to support marketing and client strategies
    • Ideally you will have be:

      • Experience in supporting an operational team, ideally in a global professional services firm.
      • Track record of working with global Re:link to drive efficiency and improvements.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and assisting in crossfunctional collaboration.
        • The role is being offered on a remote working basis with occasional travel to the London office for team meetings and activities. This is part of Linklaters and Re:link’s drive to offer flexibility and alternative working arrangements.
