                        • What you’ll bring with you

                          • Extensive experience leading highperforming engineering teams in a growthstage or mature SaaS company.

                          • • Leading a globally distributed engineering function within a B2B space is a plus.

                            • • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver impactful products that drive business growth.

                              • • Deep experience collaborating in a trio of engineering, design and product in a collaborative environment.

                                • • Experience leveraging AI and LLM tooling and developing AIpowered customerfacing features.

                                  • • Experience working with Ruby on Rails apps and Ember.js is a bonus.

                                    • • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on longterm vision and shortterm delivery.
