Job description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Streaming Service Department. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and enhancing their overall experience with our streaming platform.

Your fluency in French will be essential, as you will guide clients through account management, technical issues, and content-related inquiries. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers enjoy seamless access to their favorite shows and movies, all while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and live chat regarding our online streaming services
  • Assist customers with account setup, subscription inquiries, and technical troubleshooting
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with content offerings, promotions, and system updates to provide informed assistance
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends and platform features

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in streaming or entertainment, is preferred
  • Able to multitask effectively and manage high volumes of inquiries
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
  • Passion for streaming services and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
