Job Summary:
As a product designer, you will enjoy a good degree of creative freedom while welcoming feedback from stakeholders and collaborating with them to make acceptable solutions. The person will be at the forefront of defining the experience, look and feel of the company; product and marketing wise.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and marketing team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
Prepare UX research for new or existing features.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to developers.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
