Platform Engineer (fmx)

Your Mission

As a platform engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our software, including active contributions to our security posture and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow engineers to support infrastructural and security needs, helping to scale SPARETECH’s platform as we grow. This role offers handson experience with a modern tech stack including AWS, Terraform, MongoDB Atlas, ElasticSearch, Auth0, and GitHub Actions. In our small, collaborative team, your ideas will directly influence infrastructure decisions and shape how we build and operate our systems.

• Become a part of our team if you

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure or DevOps engineering.
  • Bring solid, handson experience with AWS and feel confident navigating its ecosystem.
  • Have a strong grasp of networking fundamentals, including routing, subnets and security groups.
  • Are familiar with cloud security best practices and are eager to learn more.
  • Can write and maintain scripts or tools in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
  • Enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a culture where infrastructure is treated as a product welldocumented, maintainable and built with longterm impact in mind.
