What you will do:

As a Sales - Training Department Assistant, you will support the Sales Training team at our Head Offices, contributing to the development and growth of our sales network. You will assist in identifying and onboarding new talent, while also helping to deliver training programs that enhance the skills and integration of our network into the company.

Your day-to-day:

  • Coordinate and organize training programs and seminars

  • Provide administrative support to the training team and management

  • Manage communication with participants and external providers

  • Schedule events and handle calendar and meeting logistics

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong asset
