This isnt your average product manager gig; youll be our strategic thought partner, diving into ambiguous challenges and defining how AI will be woven into the very fabric of our products.

What youll be doing
Lead strategically critical, crossfunctional initiatives to define and integrate AI capabilities across our core products.
Shape and deliver a product strategy for AI that drives real business outcomes and longterm customer value.
Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, identifying and validating highimpact growth opportunities in the AI space.
Develop product playbooks and frameworks to guide the thoughtful integration of AI into creative workflows.
Set the bar for product development and delivery, championing highquality outcomes and a culture of rapid iteration.
Engage deeply with engineering to guide platform direction and make highleverage technical decisions.
Champion a culture of customer obsession, using user research and data to inform company direction.
Influence priorities and inspire teams through compelling storytelling and a clear, written strategy.

About you
You likely have 10+ years of product management experience in strategic roles, ideally in a fastpaced SaaS environment.
You have a proven track record of building and scaling AIpowered products and a deep understanding of emerging tech.
You’re a master at guiding crossfunctional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ambiguous concept to successful launch.
You’re technically fluent, able to dive deep with engineers on architecture, scalability, and feasibility.
You are datadriven and commercially savvy, using insights to shape strategy and drive impact.
You lead by example, mentoring emerging leaders and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
You have a growth mindset and are driven by curiosity; youre always questioning, testing, and learning.
Youre an exceptional communicator and collaborator who can inspire and influence executivelevel stakeholders.
