KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a highly experienced and detailoriented Corporate Compliance Specialist or Manager to support the business on a parttime consultancy basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance across Philippine and U.S. regulatory frameworks, with a focus on labor laws, PEZABOI documentation, and taxrelated matters. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor to ensure all corporate practices remain aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a remotefirst opportunity with minimal inperson alignment (1–2x per month), ideal for professionals seeking flexible work while maintaining a strategic role in a growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct corporate compliance checks and identify areas for improvement

· Review and update internal documentation, policies, and compliance procedures

· Provide guidance on PEZABOI processes, labor regulation compliance, and tax documentation

· Advise on crossborder compliance matters involving both Philippine and U.S. regulations
