🧭 What Youll Be Doing

As a Regional BD Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning the performance and growth of your region. You’ll lead the expansion of the IB network, support countrylevel strategies, and drive trading volume through wellnurtured partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the regional BD strategy aligned with company goals
  • Recruit, activate, and retain highquality IBs across your territory
  • Collaborate with Country Heads and local BDs to ensure consistent IB support
  • Track KPIs such as IB conversion, trader activation, and regional revenue
  • Monitor regional competition and advise on market positioning
  • Use CRM and performance tools to manage pipeline and performance

      ✅ Proven experience in Forex business development
      ✅ Strong IB network within your region
      ✅ Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and FX regulation
      ✅ Handson mindset with a datadriven and entrepreneurial approach
      ✅ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
      ✅ Comfortable working remotely in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment
