Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter (6 Months Contract Remote First)

We’re looking for highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to work with us at a senior level responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for tech engineering roles. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in attracting and hiring skilled professionals for tech positions within Equal Experts.

Responsibilities:

You’ll use your proven expertise to:

  • Full top of the funnel sourcing support to include a strong emphasis on passively sourced talent.
  • Leverage data to include market intelligence and talent mapping to provide key insights into the market and other hiring trends that might influence pipeline strategy.
  • Obtain in depth knowledge on the assigned openings to enable you to screen and qualify top talent.
  • Build strong partnerships with your stakeholders (hiring managers and recruiters) through effective communication and updates.
    • Required Skills:

      Your significant technical skills and experience will include:

      • 5+ years Strategic and highlycomplex inhouse sourcing experience within a large technology business. Agency experience is also considered.
      • Solid experience sourcing and recruiting for IT engineering roles at senior level.
      • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting for Data Engineering roles is an added advantage.
      • Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
      • Experience market mapping and engaging seniorlevel candidates.
      • Experience driving the partnership with hiring teams, recruiters, including senior management.
      • Experience developing talent market insights and data to influence leadership and crossfunctional team decisions.
      • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and crossfunctional partners.
      • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
      • The ability to communicate effectively while working remotely with globally distributed teams.
