A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a new digital suite comprising a cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. This transformation aims to enhance the patient journey, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across its clinics.
As part of this journey, we are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant (CRM & EMR) to support the successful deployment of the digital suite across UK & Ireland operations.
Project Delivery: Support the Project Manager in delivering on-site and remote implementation of the CRM and EMR systems across clinics in the UK & Ireland, aligned with project scope, timelines, and budget
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional central teams (Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, Marketing) to gather requirements and manage expectations
Gathering Business Requirements: Demonstrate CRM and EMR systems, analyze clinic workflows, identify process gaps, and define localized business requirements
Configuration & Testing: Configure systems per business needs, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and ensure go-live readiness
Training & Change Management: Assist trainers in delivering user training, contribute to user documentation, and support successful adoption of the new systems and processes
Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate with the data migration team to ensure accurate legacy data migration, including requirement gathering, workshops, and validation
Post-Go-Live Support: Provide operational hypercare support and troubleshoot post-launch issues to ensure smooth transitions
3–5 years of experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM domains
Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, Ideas, Smartmedics)
Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows and clinical operations
Experience with data migration and system integrations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging both clinical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Fluent in English
Additional European languages: Spanish, Italian, Czech, Slovak
Degree in Business, IT, Education, or Healthcare
Experience in multi-site healthcare environments
Experience in M&A or roll-up business models
